About: Risk-taking has a time and a place. Making decisions out of desperation, particularly business decisions, often wastes a lot more time, energy, and money than you anticipated. There are times when you have to take that jump, and times when doing nothing is really the smarter decision in the long run. How do you know when to risk it?
